Buildings may be purchased in the online game CountryLife. They appear on the ranch, but most can be moved into a yard if there is room. You would not want a Greenhouse in a yard, because its value applies only to planted fields, which are not allowed in yards.
Some of the buildings are purely decorations. Others are productive. Some of the latter require separate components that can be either purchased or gifted by friends.
